The winner in the 2023 governorship election in Abia State, Alex Otti, has been vindicated yet again by the Tribunal. The court upholds the victory of Otti, who is the sitting Governor of Abia State. The court today, 6th October dismissed the petitions filed against the Labour Party gubernatorial candidate, Alex Otti, by the opposing party, People’s Democratic Party. The election Tribunal rejected the PDP’s petition, as lacking credibility. We await further details from aggrieved party.
