The Enugu State High Court dismissed a lawsuit brought by Debe Odumegwu Ojukwu, claiming to be the first son of late Ikemba Nnewi, Dim Chukwemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, against Ojukwu’s widow, Bianca Ojukwu.
Debe contested the authenticity of Ojukwu’s will, alleging tampering and seeking to restrain Bianca from estate administration. However, the court ruled in Bianca’s favor, stating Debe failed to prove his paternity and that the will was validly executed.
