The Kano State High Court has scheduled April 17 for the arraignment of former Governor Abdullahi Ganduje, his wife Hafsat Umar, and six others.
They face charges including bribery and diversion of public funds amounting to billions of naira, as alleged by the Abba Kabir Yusuf-led state government. The charges stem from activities during Ganduje’s tenure, with the prosecution presenting a list of 15 witnesses.
