Former Labour Party presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi, presented a generous donation of N75m to the Immaculate Heart of Mary Specialist Hospital in Nkpor, Anambra State.
The contribution, comprising $50,000 and a personal donation of N15m, aims to address critical needs and support health interventions. Obi emphasized the importance of aiding institutions like the hospital, which lacks government subvention, and expressed gratitude to Dr Philip Ozuah for his additional $50,000 donation. The hospital’s management and staff appreciated Obi’s consistent support, noting the positive impact on their charitable healthcare initiatives.
