Former society matriarch turned minister of the gospel, Folorunsho Alakija, and her husband, Modupe, have allegedly separated after over three decades of marriage.
Sources close to THEWILL reveal that the wealthy couple, residing in Ikoyi, Lagos, has been experiencing frequent quarrels, leading to Modupe seeking accommodation elsewhere within the same neighborhood.
The separation comes amidst reports of health challenges faced by Folorunsho, including eye issues, and a recent discreet wedding ceremony of one of their sons. The couple, known for their status in society, had purportedly maintained a united front until this recent development.
