Nigerian-born UFC stars, Kamaru Usman and Israel Adesanya, have seen an upward trajectory in the latest UFC rankings despite facing setbacks in their recent matches.
Despite challenges in 2023, both fighters have climbed in the rankings, with Adesanya moving from 7th to 6th and Usman from 10th to 8th place.
They are determined to bounce back, with Adesanya preparing for UFC 300 in April and Usman eyeing a return to reclaim his welterweight belt, possibly even considering a move to the middleweight category alongside Adesanya.
