The bananacontains 3 natural sugars which are sucrose, fructose and glucose.

It is also rich in protein, fiber, phosphorus, iron and vitamins and minerals. Energetic and very rich in water, bananas are generally important for the proper functioning of the body.

Here is a list of the fifteen greatest benefits of bananas.

•Against depression:Bananas contain tryptophan which is a protein that the body converts into serotonin. Serotonin is known to be an excellent natural relaxant. Therefore, consuming bananas helps to have a good emotional state, to feel happier and therefore will considerably reduce depression.

•For concentration: This fruit is high in potassium, a vital mineral, which promotes concentration and learning because it makes the pupils more alert.

•Against nervousness:The banana is rich in vitamin B, which helps to relax the nervous system.

•Against stress:The potassium present in the banana helps to send oxygen to the brain and to keep a normal pulse. During a moment of stress, the lack of oxygen tends to increase, the pulse to accelerate and the potassium to decrease. A banana will help you regulate everything.

•Against anemia: The banana is very rich in iron which increases the production of hemoglobin in the blood, important during anemia.

•Against constipation: It is rich in fiber, bananas prevent constipation. Eating it daily can regulate the body.

•For temperature control:In different cultures the banana is seen as a cooling fruit. In Thailand, for example, the banana would lower the physical and emotional temperature of pregnant women. Because of this, Thai pregnant women eat bananas so that their baby is born with a low temperature.

•Against the hangover: The evening was watered and you are bad the next day, here is a remedy to get back in shape. Make a banana and honey porridge. The banana will calm the stomach and the honey will increase the blood sugar level.

•Stop smoking: you want to quit smoking but nothing works. Banana can help you. It is rich in vitamin B, especially B6. This vitamin, combined with potassium and magnesium from bananas, helps the body feel less of a nicotine craving.

•For bites: Against insect bites, banana peel can relieve you. Indeed, rub the affected area with the inside of the banana peel and the swelling and the itching will decrease.•For warts: Banana can also remove your ugly warts. Take the inside of the banana peel and place it on the wart. Tie it up with medical tape and wait for it to work.
