Kim Jong Un departs for Russia aboard his heavily armored train, signaling a significant meeting with President Vladimir Putin on the horizon.
According to South Korean TV channel YTN, the train is currently en route to Russia’s northeastern border, hinting at the upcoming rendezvous between these two influential world leaders.
Scheduled for the day after tomorrow, this meeting is expected to extend beyond mere military discussions.
While ammunition supply may be a topic of conversation, it’s not the sole focus.
For years now, these two leaders have maintained a complex relationship, delving into diplomatic, economic, and strategic matters.
Bloomberg speculates that the supply of North Korean weapons to Russia could potentially assist in Russia’s ongoing conflict in Ukraine, but, it is important to note that North Korean weapons, while formidable, might not provide the modern edge required for outright victory in the conflict.
The meeting’s agenda is likely to encompass a wide array of subjects, reflecting the multifaceted nature of the ties between Kim Jong Un and Vladimir Putin.
