In his first address to Congress since returning to power, Donald Trump declared, “America is back,” while defending his controversial policies amidst intense opposition from Democrats.

Speaking for over an hour and 40 minutes, he repeatedly emphasized, “The American Dream is unstoppable,” highlighting a breakthrough in Ukraine and his efforts to reshape U.S. government institutions.

Trump praised Elon Musk’s challenge to the federal bureaucracy, stating, “The days of rule by unelected bureaucrats are over,” and underscored his administration’s aggressive reforms.

As Trump spoke, Republicans cheered, while Democrats protested, holding signs like “False” and chanting “January 6!” in reference to the Capitol riot. One congressman, Al Green, was even ejected for heckling Trump over healthcare.

Trump remained unshaken, proclaiming, “We have been ripped off for decades by nearly every country on earth” and pledging to “wage war” on Mexican drug cartels.

He also reaffirmed his bold foreign policy ambitions, saying, “We will get Greenland one way or another,” and continued to push for the U.S. to “take back” the Panama Canal.
