At least six people have been reported dead following explosions that hit the capital, Kampala, on Monday morning.

Three of those reported dead are attackers who were responsible for the deadly blasts, police say.

In a statement to the media, police spokesperson Fred Enanga said local militants, the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) are responsible for the blasts.

According to Mr. Enanga, police found a suicide bomb jacket in the home of the fourth attacker who is still at larger.

The attack injured 33 people out which five are in critical condition, but receiving medical care within Kampala.

Fear remains high within the capital as ADF’s attacks have persisted since last month.
