President-elect Donald Trump has shared his reaction to the recent Supreme Court ruling that could lead to a ban on TikTok in the U.S.
Due to concerns about national security over the app’s Chinese ownership, the U.S. government has been pushing for its sale to a non-Chinese company or face a potential ban.
Trump remarked, “I will soon make a decision regarding TikTok’s future operations,” but added, “The ruling of the Supreme Court must be respected.”
He emphasized that he needed time to carefully assess the situation before taking any further steps.
