N100m BBNaija Grand Prize Faces New Hurdle as Biggie Unveils Fresh Rules
The battle for the Big Brother Naija Season 11 grand prize has taken a dramatic turn after Biggie announced a new set of rules that could reduce the winner’s N100 million reward before the show comes to an end.
During Monday’s live show, housemates were informed that the value of the grand prize will now depend on their collective performance in weekly tasks.
Under the new arrangement, every failed task will attract a N5 million deduction from the prize money, while successful performances will keep the prize fund unchanged.
Biggie also disclosed that any amount deducted from the grand prize will not disappear. Instead, the money will be shared among the contestants who emerge as the season’s Most Influential Housemates.
To complement the new system, the Most Influential Player of the Week ranking has been reintroduced.
Housemates will score one another weekly on a scale of one to five, with the cumulative ratings determining the eventual recipients of the influence reward.

Another surprise came with the introduction of Conspiracy Hour, a new strategy session designed to test alliances inside the house.
During the exercise, each housemate will have one minute to meet privately with any number of fellow contestants inside the Conspiracy Zone to discuss game strategy.
Biggie, however, warned that discussions held during the session must remain confidential, with any breach attracting sanctions.
Earlier on Monday, Sheba emerged as the new Head of House, securing immunity from eviction and gaining a special nomination advantage.
Instead of nominating fellow housemates for possible eviction, contestants were instructed to vote to save three people.
At the end of the exercise, Tram, Barry, Cassi, Goddessa and Bells received the highest number of save votes.
Sheba later used her Head of House privilege to withdraw Cassi’s immunity and transfer it to Chimsom Chuka.
Flora and Aikou, the season’s Gambits, retained their automatic immunity.
Following the latest developments, 16 housemates are now up for possible eviction. They include Abi, Araga, Bluethopia, Cassi, Gerard, Kamsy, Keivo, Martins, Mercedes, Nomy, Neche, Oyin, Ricky, Sultex, Temi Nkem and Yusuf.
Voting is currently open and will close at 10 p.m. on Thursday.
