A St Paul’s University Lecturer, who has been on want in the United States has been brought before the Court in Nairobi to answer to the charges of Child sexual abuse.
The 64 years old Lecturer named Jeseph William Black Jr, was found with a video and 14 nude photos of children between the age of 14 and 15 in his personal computer.It is said that the accused bartered and shared photos on Skype and Microsoft account against the children’s will.
