The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has demanded immediate action from the Federal Government to revive the stagnant Warri Refinery.
Accusing past administrations of empty promises under the guise of maintenance, IPMAN insists on tangible results to prove sincerity. The call was made during their Annual General Meeting in Delta State, where the association highlighted the dire need for genuine efforts in restoring the refinery’s functionality.
