Bayern Munich Midfielder Opens Up On Neurological Disorder After Latest Collapse
Bayern Munich midfielder Jamal Musiala has broken his silence about his health after collapsing during his team’s recent friendly against Heidenheim.

The Germany international was unable to continue the match after suffering another episode of syncope, raising fresh concerns about his condition.
Musiala later addressed the situation on social media, revealing that doctors had diagnosed him with a neurological dysfunction linked to brief episodes of absence.
“I’ve been diagnosed with neurological dysfunction,” the Bayern star said, while explaining that the condition causes short and temporary periods of absence.
Despite the diagnosis, Musiala said he is not worried about his health. He assured supporters that he is under proper medical supervision and has been told that there are no additional health risks associated with his condition.
The midfielder also made it clear that continuing his football career was his personal decision. He said he remains positive and believes he has made the right choice.
Bayern went on to defeat Heidenheim 4-2 in the entertaining encounter, with Felipe Chavez, Arijon Ibrahimovic, Luis Diaz and Nathaniel Brown finding the net.

Musiala’s latest disclosure comes after consecutive episodes of syncope and is likely to heighten interest in the medical management of his condition as he continues his professional career.
