The Kogi State governorship candidate of the Action Alliance, Olayinka Braimoh, was arrested along with seven security details in Kabba They were reportedly detained after campaign materials were found in his car. Concerns arose when his aides couldn’t reach him, but he has since been released while his security officials remain in detention. Police have not responded to inquiries about the incident.
