Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) had to close five wards due to this shortage. The committee aims to address this issue by improving healthcare infrastructure and making the sector more attractive for workers. They visited LUTH to find short and long-term solutions, praising healthcare workers’ dedication.
