Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma has apologized for the assault on NLC President Joe Ajaero during a strike over unpaid salaries. Initially criticizing Ajaero’s presence, Uzodinma expressed regret on Channels TV’s Politics Today, stating he was unaware and has never been at odds with the labor union. Thugs attacked Ajaero during a strike that led to flight suspensions ahead of a gubernatorial election.
