Paul Okoye Criticized for Disrespecting In-laws at Traditional Marriage Introduction

Ossai Success, former aide to Delta State’s ex-Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, has condemned Nigerian singer Paul Okoye, also known as RudeBoy, for showing ‘disrespect’ during his traditional marriage introduction.

Success criticized Okoye for wearing a red cap while an elderly in-law prayed for him and his new wife, Ivy Ifeoma. He argued that Okoye should have removed his cap out of respect, calling it a sign of the younger generation’s lack of respect due to their wealth. Okoye, who divorced his first wife Anita in 2022, shared photos of the event on Instagram, receiving mixed reactions from the public.
