Institutions of higher learning have reopened in Uganda after a six-month Covid-19 induced closure which followed the pandemic’s second wave in June.
At the country’s oldest and largest university, Makerere, lectures for first year students including undergraduate finalists, and graduate students have started though the attendance was low as of today.
