Whoever Wants to Perform Miracle Should Come to Amaku Hospital — Soludo Declares War on Fake Pastors

Charles Soludo has intensified his administration’s crackdown on alleged fake pastors and prophets in Anambra State, warning that the state will no longer tolerate religious deception disguised as miracles.

Speaking during the All Knights Day celebration at St. Patrick’s Cathedral on Sunday, the governor disclosed that several suspected fake clerics had already been arrested and were currently in custody.

According to Soludo, some of those detained were already making confessions as the state continues investigations into activities he described as exploitative and misleading.

The governor accused certain preachers of manipulating vulnerable residents with promises of instant healing, prosperity, and what he termed “salvation without the cross.”

In a dramatic challenge that has since stirred reactions, Soludo declared: “Whoever wants to perform miracle should come to Amaku Hospital.”

The governor said the ongoing operation is part of efforts to build a more responsible and morally upright Anambra, free from fraud and exploitation in religious spaces.

He also urged church leaders across the state to continue preaching hard work, discipline, and accountability, stressing that sustainable success cannot be achieved through shortcuts or false promises.
