The Zambia Police Service has unflinchingly pledged to obliterate any semblance of rebellion masterminded by the Socialist Party, in a fiery proclamation by none other than Inspector General of Police, Graphel Musamba.

Even as the spotlight fell upon Socialist Party leader Dr. Fred M’membe, who found himself under intense interrogation by officers at Woodlands Police Station today, right in the heart of Lusaka, Musamba was mounting a no-holds-barred verbal assault on the media from the epicenter of power – the Force headquarters in Lusaka.

With an ominous glint in his eye, the police chief directly warned Dr. M’membe to abruptly abandon his present course if he held any regard for his well-being.

Expressing serious alarm, Musamba zeroed in on the recent incendiary remarks made by Dr. M’membe, which he vehemently alleged were a covert catalyst for stoking the flames of peaceful Zambian citizens to plunge into the treacherous realm of civil disobedience, all in an audacious bid to boost the fortunes of the former Post Newspaper magnate on the perilous political path.

Seizing the moment, Musamba passionately asserted that it was within the hallowed mandate of the Zambia Police Service to staunchly uphold the law and fiercely clamp down on criminal activities within the nation’s borders.

“Make no mistake, we shall not remain passive bystanders while an individual, whose very words are primed to sow the seeds of anarchy across the land,” thundered the resolute Inspector General.

Musamba cast a piercing gaze upon the utterances made by Dr. M’membe, pinpointing their unsettling resemblance to the turbulent military coups that have plagued the West African region.

This unsettling inference, he declared, was a clear signal of a sinister plot to shatter the serene equilibrium that the nation had tirelessly striven to maintain.

“Is this the warped brand of socialism he seeks to champion? A socialism that brings with it the specter of military uprisings?” interrogated the fervent Inspector General, underlining his unequivocal stance that such nefarious designs would be met with unwavering defiance.

In a final, unequivocal warning, Musamba’s voice reverberated with an ominous undertone as he proclaimed, “Let it be known that we shall vehemently thwart any and all machinations that everyone else abhors. The hourglass is ticking, and Dr. M’membe would be wise to retreat before the tempest he’s brewing engulfs him completely.”

This stern admonition was extended beyond party lines, encompassing each and every citizen who dared to tread a similar treacherous path.

“This caution holds true for any fellow compatriot who may be swayed by the same perilous current. Our beloved Zambia is not a playground for the ambitions of self-serving individuals propped up by desperate politicians,” the police stressed.

While tensions continue to escalate, Musamba affirmed that the ongoing investigation into Dr. M’membe’s evocation of emerging juntas in West Africa was far from over.

It was with somber gravity that he announced that the police would meticulously deliberate upon his fate, making their determination in due course.

Taking a somber, reflective tone, Musamba lamented, “The Socialist Party purports to herald the dawn of democracy, yet it appears to falter when it comes to steadfastly upholding those very principles.”

“As Dr. M’membe stands firm in his resolve, the Zambia Police stand unwavering, ready to be the indomitable guardians of the constitution,” declared the unyielding Inspector General, as the nation braces itself for an impending clash of titanic proportions.”
