NIGERIA: Suspected Herdsmen Rampage Causes Death and Despair in Benue Community

In a tragic turn of events, numerous villagers are feared dead and several others injured following an attack by suspected herdsmen on the Ugbobi community in Apa LGA of Benue State.

Residents have been forced to abandon their homes as the assailants set houses ablaze and plunder food supplies. Despite the ongoing assault, no security forces have intervened, prompting accusations of negligence and conspiracy. More updates to follow as the situation develops.
