The Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemates were overjoyed when host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu announced that no one would be evicted from the show in the first week. “You’re all safe this week,” he said with a laugh, easing the tension in the house.
Earlier, Biggie had instructed housemates to confidentially nominate two fellow contestants for possible eviction, but it was just a strategy to stir emotions and create drama. Jason Jae, the current Head of House, was exempted from nomination after winning and successfully defending his title in the HoH challenge.
The uncertainty had emotions running high, but when Ebuka made the announcement, the house erupted in celebration, with housemates hugging and thanking each other for the second chance to solidify their presence and connect with the audience.
