Arsenal legend Ian Wright has urged his former club to pursue a move for Atalanta winger Ademola Lookman.
Lookman, who has reportedly requested a transfer after seeing several offers from Inter Milan rejected, is viewed by Wright as a “top player” with unfinished business in the Premier League.
Wright believes Lookman’s return could be pivotal in helping Arsenal secure the Premier League title. On his podcast, he voiced his enthusiasm for the potential deal, saying: “I hope Arsenal can sign him. I’d love for a player like him to come back to the Premier League with the mindset, ‘I’ve got unfinished business here, and I’m here to help Arsenal win the title.’”
He went on to praise Lookman’s development, adding: “I’ve always admired his journey, and now he’s finally being recognized as a top player. It’s incredible.”
