In a recent Instagram video, online critic Verydarkman addressed remarks made by Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Femi Falana, regarding a defamation case against him. Falana had discussed the case on Channels Television, emphasizing its potential to set a legal precedent.
Verydarkman clarified that the core issue is not about him or Falana but rather about exposing corruption within the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). He expressed frustration over the scrutiny he faced while revealing corruption involving public figures like Bobrisky, stating, “It is about exposing corruption that has eaten the system so deep.”
He urged Falana to consider legal action against Bobrisky as well, asserting that if they intend to pursue him legally, they should include Bobrisky since he was not the source of the tape in question. Verydarkman added, “Uncle Femi is somebody that I respect,” indicating he holds Falana in high regard despite the ongoing legal dispute.
The conversation around the case has elicited various reactions online, with some users supporting Verydarkman’s stance and others criticizing him for his approach.
