Victor Osimhen recorded his 37th goal of the season as Galatasaray closed out their Turkish Süper Lig campaign with a 2-0 win against Istanbul Basaksehir.
Starting the match after missing the previous fixture, the Nigerian forward played a prominent role at Rams Park on Friday evening. Dries Mertens opened the scoring in the 17th minute with a penalty.
Osimhen added the second in the 81st minute, heading in a cross to seal the result. The goal marked his 26th in the league this season. He was substituted in the 88th minute to applause from supporters.
