VDM Claims King Mitchy’s Apology May Be a Distraction, Raises Safety Concerns
Social media commentator and activist VeryDarkMan has voiced fears about his safety after a recent apology from socialite King Mitchy, suggesting the gesture may not be as straightforward as it appears.
King Mitchy had earlier released a public message directed at the activist, acknowledging his campaign for social change in Nigeria and expressing regret over their previous confrontation.
In her statement, she said she now better understands his advocacy and believes he needs more support rather than criticism in his efforts.
However, VeryDarkMan responded on Instagram, questioning the timing and motive behind the apology.
According to him, the development may be linked to earlier events involving actor and influencer Lege Miami, who once posted a video addressing him but later deleted it, reportedly claiming he had received pressure from influential figures.
The activist suggested that Mitchy’s apology may be part of a broader attempt to mislead the public about what he believes could be plans against him. He alleged that certain individuals should be held responsible if anything were to happen to him.
VeryDarkMan specifically mentioned King Mitchy and Seyi Tinubu, saying they should be questioned if he faces any harm. He argued that the apology might be intended to “clear the air” before any possible action against him.
He also claimed that, during their earlier dispute, messages meant to intimidate him were allegedly sent through people who know him personally. According to him, these messages eventually reached him.
Expressing continued concern, the activist warned that he could potentially be framed for crimes. He said that if authorities ever claim illegal items such as drugs, firearms, or evidence of fraud were found in his possession or linked to him, he believes it would be a setup aimed at sending him to prison.
VeryDarkMan concluded by saying he remains worried for his life and urged the public to pay attention to the situation.
