In a significant development surrounding the untimely death of Nigerian singer Ilerioluwa Olademeji Aloba, widely known as Mohbad, the Lagos State Police Command has exhumed his body.

This step has been taken as part of the ongoing investigation into the circumstances surrounding the musician’s death, according to local reports.

The tragic passing of Mohbad sent shockwaves throughout Nigeria, with fans and fellow artists mourning the loss of a rising star in the music industry. However, his demise has also been met with skepticism and demands for answers.

In response, the Lagos State Police Command had previously announced their intention to conduct a thorough autopsy to shed light on the cause of death.

News of the exhumation comes at a time when protests have erupted across Nigeria, with many individuals and organizations calling for justice for the late singer. These protests reflect the deep-seated concern and outrage over the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s death.

The move to exhume the body underscores the seriousness of the police investigation and the commitment to uncovering the truth.

Autopsy results may provide crucial insights into whether foul play was involved, helping to dispel or confirm the speculations and concerns that have arisen since Mohbad’s passing.

It is worth noting that the outcry and calls for justice extend beyond Mohbad’s immediate circle of fans and friends.

His case has become a focal point for discussions on the need for transparency, accountability, and the protection of artists and individuals in the entertainment industry.

As the investigation unfolds and autopsy results are awaited, the nation watches closely, hopeful that the process will bring clarity and closure to this tragic chapter in Nigeria’s music scene.
