Gunmen in Imo State have killed eight security agents, including soldiers, policemen, and Nigeria Security And Civil Defence Corps personnel. The incident occurred in Umualumaku community, Ehime Mbano Local Government Area, causing panic. The joint security taskforce was ambushed, and their vehicles set ablaze, resulting in no survivors. Reinforcement teams were dispatched to arrest the suspects and recover the slain agents’ bodies. A resident who witnessed the incident expressed the community’s confusion.
