American singer and actress Selena Gomez has shared her plans to adopt children if she remains single at 35.

The 31-year-old star, who experienced a five-year period of being single before starting a relationship with producer and songwriter Benny Blanco last year, revealed this decision in a recent interview with Time Magazine.

Gomez spoke candidly about her struggles with loneliness and her journey to accepting singlehood, which led to her adoption plan. She began dating Blanco in December 2023, following past high-profile relationships with The Weeknd and Justin Biebe.
