Governance experts have put to task the Nrm ruling party to sermon the former speaker of Parliament hon.Rebecca Kadaga and bring her to order.
Kadaga yesterday lost her speakership race to her former deputy Jacob olanya after she contested as independent candidate.
Henry muguzi,expert on democratic governance and accountability in Africa says” Kadaga did undermine democracy , to him ,former speaker should have accepted defeat and supported Olanya who was fronted by the party because she is not bigger than the party.
Muguzi says that ” if the party does not reprimand her, the younger party members will also be undeterred to behave in such manner in future.
