Sean “Diddy” Combs could face up to 300 potential civil lawsuits, according to lawyer Tony Buzbee, who is representing alleged victims of the musician.

Speaking to the BBC, Buzbee revealed his team received around 3,000 calls after a news conference in October, but “realistically” expects 100 to 150 cases to proceed. Buzbee has already filed 20 lawsuits alleging misconduct by Combs.

Combs, who has denied all allegations, has described the claims as “sickening” and attributed them to individuals seeking a “quick payday.” His legal team has dismissed the lawsuits as part of a “reckless media circus” orchestrated by Buzbee.

Attorney Erica Wolff stated, “Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process.”

The lawsuits allege s£xual assault, s£x trafficking, and other abuses. However, some potential cases will not move forward due to expired statutes of limitations in certain states, according to Buzbee. Combs’ legal team criticized Buzbee’s use of a toll-free tip-off line and public statements as publicity stunts.

Combs is also facing separate criminal charges, including s£x trafficking and racketeering, for which he is being held in Manhattan’s Metropolitan Detention Center.

He denies the charges, with his legal team asserting, “The truth will prevail: That Mr. Combs never s£xually assaulted or trafficked anyone.”

The unfolding legal battles have drawn significant public attention, with Buzbee emphasizing his commitment to securing justice for the victims.

Meanwhile, Combs’ team continues to challenge the credibility of the claims and the methods employed to bring them forward.
