The wife of a detained Binance executive, Tigran Gambaryan, addressed the US Parliament, alleging that the Nigerian Government held her husband in Kuje prison alongside Boko Haram members and bandits.
She stated he had been in custody for 65 days without charges and emphasized his innocence, highlighting his previous work as a special agent for the US IRS. The Nigerian Government had previously arraigned Gambaryan and Binance on money laundering.
