Aston Villa has intensified negotiations with Kelechi Iheanacho’s representatives for a potential summer transfer, sources reveal.

Ramon Monchi, Villa’s transfer chief, engaged in discussions with Iheanacho’s camp in Greece ahead of their UEFA Europa Conference League clash with Olympiacos. The Nigerian forward, poised to depart Leicester City after declining contract extension offers, has attracted Villa’s interest despite their current striking options.
