Ghana’s Most Feared Witch Doctor Declares War on Harry Kane

A famous Ghanaian traditional priest has stirred controversy ahead of Ghana’s crucial World Cup clash with England after claiming he is preparing spiritual measures aimed at neutralising England captain Harry Kane.

Nana Kwaku Bonsam, one of Ghana’s most recognised spiritual figures, says the Tottenham striker is his primary target as the Black Stars seek a positive result against one of the tournament favourites.

Bonsam, whose name translates as “Devil of Wednesday,” has built a reputation over the years for making bold predictions and claiming involvement in high-profile football events.

He rose to international prominence during the 2014 World Cup when he alleged that spiritual forces under his control contributed to an injury suffered by Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.

Now, with England and Ghana preparing for a highly anticipated showdown, the traditional priest insists he is once again using his powers to help his country gain an advantage.

Speaking ahead of the encounter, Bonsam claimed he knows exactly what must be done to stop Kane, widely regarded as one of the deadliest goalscorers in world football.

He expressed confidence that his efforts would make life difficult for the England skipper during the match.

The remarks have sparked debate across social media, with some fans dismissing the claims as little more than pre-match mind games, while others view them as part of the rich cultural traditions and superstitions that have long surrounded football.

Kane remains central to England’s hopes of progressing deep into the tournament, having entered the World Cup as one of the team’s most experienced and influential players.

His leadership and eye for goal will be crucial as England look to secure maximum points against a determined Ghanaian side.

Whether Bonsam’s claims are genuine spiritual intervention or simply an attempt to add intrigue to the occasion, they have certainly heightened interest in a fixture that already carries significant stakes for both nations.

When the whistle blows, however, the outcome will be decided not by curses or predictions, but by the players on the pitch in what promises to be one of the most captivating matches of the World Cup group stage.
