Following the judgement released by the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC), where Atiku (PDP) and Obi’s (LP) petitions were dismissed as lacking “merits” . The presidential candidate of PDP has proceeded to the Supreme Court of Nigeria to seek justice. It has been reported that Atiku has launched a span-new case against the Chicago State University, (CSU) where President Tinubu got his degree. Atiku seeks to impel the University to provide document or information on Nigerian President or permit the inspection of premises in a civil action. The case was filed at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, U S.A. Atiku believes this will increase his chances of upsetting the tribunal judgement at the Supreme Court. #OMAGIST@AFRICAWORLDNEWS*
