Amid a significant service failure, Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB) customers found themselves in a predicament as the bank’s portals, including Internet Banking, Mobile Application, and *737# USSD platform, remained inaccessible for hours.

The absence of an explanation from the bank compounded customers’ frustration, with many taking to social media to express their dismay. Efforts to contact GTBank’s Customer Service proved futile, exacerbating the situation for stranded users.
