The Labour Party in Nigeria accused the Supreme Court of withholding the Certified True Copy (CTC) of the judgment that upheld President Tinubu’s win in the presidential election, despite their appeal.

They expressed frustration over not receiving the CTC even after their requests, deeming it a breach of their constitutional right to a fair hearing. Additionally, they highlighted various concerns, including unaddressed grounds for appeal and the court’s refusal to consider certain evidence, like unreadable polling unit result sheets, which they believed were crucial to their case.
