It was indeed a turn of event for Abdullahi Sule, Governor of Nasarawa as he bid for second term encountered huge resistance. The Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, sitting in Lafia, Nasarawa State, on Monday, 2nd October, 2023, dismissed Governor Sule and announced David Ombugadu of People’s Democratic Party (PDP), as the winner. According to the election results displayed, David got a total of 283,026 votes while Sule garnered 347,209 votes. Two judges were in agreement that David actually won the election while one other judge differed. We earnestly await further details of the dismissal. # *OMAGIST@AFRICAWORLDNEWS*
