Chukwuma Ezeamama, Chairman of Solution Football Club (FC), has called for media and private sector backing to elevate the team from the Nigeria National League (NNL) to the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).

Speaking at a meeting with the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) Anambra chapter, Ezeamama emphasized the importance of collective efforts from supporters, journalists, and stakeholders for the club’s success.

He acknowledged Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s role in making the football club a reality after over 30 years, stating that the club’s purpose is to promote Anambra’s image, not for profit.

Ezeamama stressed the need for everyone to unite in supporting the club’s NPFL goal, recognizing that while it may seem challenging, promotion is achievable. He also urged Anambra’s people to invest in the club or use it to promote their businesses. The club’s success is part of a broader strategy to bring pride to the state.

SWAN Chairman Chimezie Anaso praised the club’s competitiveness over its two years of existence and commended Governor Soludo for making the state-owned football team a reality.

Anaso assured that the media would continue to support Solution FC, ensuring both publicity and accountability for the club.
