Nicki Minaj Praises Trump for Standing Against Christian Persecution in Nigeria
American rapper Nicki Minaj has publicly praised former U.S. President Donald Trump for labeling Nigeria as a “Country of Particular Concern” over cases of religious persecution.

In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), the superstar expressed deep gratitude for living in a nation where people are free to worship without fear. She said everyone deserves the right to practice their faith peacefully, regardless of religion or belief.
Nicki Minaj also condemned the growing wave of religious oppression in different parts of the world.
She urged people not to ignore such acts of injustice, noting that too many lives are being affected by intolerance and violence against certain faith groups.
Her post came as many continue to raise awareness about attacks and discrimination faced by Christians and other religious minorities across several nations, including Nigeria.
The rapper’s comments have drawn attention globally, with many praising her for using her platform to speak on sensitive issues beyond entertainment.

She ended her post by thanking President Trump and his team for taking the matter seriously, while calling on the world to pray for those suffering for their faith.
