Governorship Election Petition Tribunal in Kaduna State issued a ruling on Thursday that resulted in the removal of Governor Uba Sani from the All Progressives Congress (APC). According to the tribunal’s decision, the 2023 governorship election in the state was deemed inconclusive. This verdict was delivered through a virtual session on Zoom, as the judges refrained from convening in a physical courtroom.The tribunal has instructed that new elections take place in seven specific wards across four local government areas within the state.This legal action was initiated by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Isa Ashiru. #OMAGIST@AFRICAWORLDNEWS*
