The Uganda constitutional court concludes hearing of 50 constitutional petitions.41 petitions being dismissed and 9 of them court will deliver judgement on notice.
Kanyange court registrar says justices of the court are committed to addressing backlog of the court. She notes. That starting 24th may ,justice Musota sitting as single judge will preside over a session of 50 civil applications.
The hearing will last for a week,there are a total of 175 constitutional petitions and 114 constitutional Applications pending hearing
