Federal Government, under President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, has announced the commencement of payment for a nine-month backlog to N-Power beneficiaries in November. Additionally, the government has renamed the N-Power scheme to the Renewed Hope Job Creation Programme (RHJCP). The Honourable Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Dr Betta Edu, has been working assiduously to fix irregularities within the N-Power programme. The National Programme Manager of N-Power, Mr Akindele Egbuwalo, revealed this information, stating that the payments would be made in installments and that the funds have been recovered from existing payment service providers.
