Tijani Adeyemi, a Senate correspondent for the TribuneA Newspaper, tragically passed away from a cardiac arrest while aboard a National Assembly shuttle bus. The incident took place on Wednesday when Adeyemi boarded the shuttle at the Mopol Gate at 10 am. Shockingly, he was found lifeless at the checkpoint, and all attempts to revive him were unsuccessful. He was declared dead upon arrival at the clinic of the Secretary General of the Federation.Following this, Adeyemi’s body was moved to the National Assembly’s clinic for further arrangements and eventual burial, in accordance with Islamic customs.
