Nigeria Shocked as TikTok Star Peller Survives Lagos Car Crash After Public Emotional Breakdown
Nigeria’s social media space was thrown into concern on Sunday after popular TikTok personality, Peller, was involved in a road accident in Lagos State and rushed to hospital.
The crash came hours after the influencer’s widely reported break-up with his girlfriend, Jarvis, a situation that had already stirred heavy reactions online. Reports indicate that the accident occurred in the afternoon and left Peller’s newly acquired Mercedes-Benz badly damaged.
Shortly before the incident, a video circulated on social media showing the TikTok star in clear emotional distress. In the clip, he appeared shaken and overwhelmed, making troubling statements that alarmed his followers and sparked fears about his safety.
As of the time of filing this report, neither the Lagos State authorities nor Peller’s management team has released an official statement on the exact cause of the crash or his medical condition. Details surrounding the incident therefore remain sketchy.
The situation has continued to generate strong reactions online. Popular Nigerian influencer, Tunde Ednut, weighed in on the matter, expressing anger over the incident and calling for strict measures.
He criticised what he described as reckless behaviour and urged authorities to reconsider Peller’s eligibility to drive, warning that such actions could endanger other road users.
The incident has once again ignited conversations in Nigeria about mental health, online pressure, and the emotional toll of fame, especially among young social media celebrities.
