Nollywood Star Regina Daniels Accuses Senator Ned Nwoko of Manipulation and Threats Over Alleged Sex Tape
Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has publicly accused her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, of emotional manipulation, deceit, and abuse, claiming he attempted to control her life and smear her reputation using false narratives about drug use.
In a series of emotional posts on Instagram early Sunday, the actress alleged that Nwoko tried to isolate her from her family and now seeks to damage her image following their marital breakdown.
Her outburst came a day after the Delta North senator accused Regina and her family of enabling drug use and harassing his household.
Reacting to his claims, Regina wrote, “Ned, how could you lie so openly? You have always tried to cut me off from my family, and now you are trying to make them look bad.”
The actress admitted to having used drugs in the past but insisted her husband was exploiting that history to distract the public from his alleged mistreatment.
“Fine, I did drugs. So what? Is that the issue? You used it as a tool to make me look bad when you knew you were the real problem,” she stated.
Regina further alleged that Nwoko would often seize her phones, restrict her movement, and order doctors to inject her with drugs meant for patients with bipolar disorder.
She also accused him of manipulating her emotionally, claiming he once told her she looked “sexier when high.”
In her words: “You told me to go for rehab, but you were the same one who wanted me high because you said I was sexier that way. You’ve locked me up, injected me with drugs, and tried to make me feel insane.”
