Senator Ned Nwoko Refuses To Reconcile With Regina Daniels, Calls For Therapy
Delta North Senator Ned Nwoko has declared he will not take back his estranged wife, actress Regina Daniels, and denied any ongoing communication between them. He insists that she undergo therapy to address her personal challenges.
In a detailed statement shared on Instagram on Tuesday, the senator included screenshots of what he described as his last WhatsApp message exchange with Regina, dated October 17.
He used the message to clarify the current state of their relationship and the ultimatum he gave concerning her rehabilitation.
“Senator Ned Nwoko is not chatting with Regina and does not want her back in the house. All he is insisting on is that she should be encouraged to go to therapy,” the statement read.
Nwoko further dismissed Regina’s allegations regarding drug use and sexual misconduct as baseless and described them as products of her imagination, stating that no evidence exists to support such claims.
The marriage between Ned Nwoko, a prominent Nigerian senator and businessman, and Regina Daniels, a popular Nollywood actress, has been under intense public scrutiny in recent months following reports of separation and disputes.
Claims and counterclaims about drug abuse and infidelity have circulated widely on social media and in the press, with each party defending their position.
Nwoko’s call for therapy suggests ongoing concerns about Regina Daniels’ wellbeing, while she has also spoken out publicly about the difficulties in their relationship.
